Today marks the launch of Mental Health Awareness Week (10-16 May)- a time for everyone to pause, reflect and discuss their wellbeing. As our young people settle back into school, knowing what steps they can take to support their mental wellbeing can help them feel better, sleep better and have better relationships with the people around them.
The theme this year is Nature, so why not take advantage of the better weather, go outside and enjoy the great outdoors this week!
